These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.

(2) Prices

All prices quoted are EXCLUSIVE of VAT/GST or local sales taxes. Prices are valid for specified events On Demand or or E-Learning subscriptions.

(3) Intellectual property rights

Copyright for all standard training materials used and On Demand or E-Learning subscriptions shall remain the property of Keyteach Ltd.

(4) Licence to use website

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or other from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.

You must not:

(a) republish material from this website (including republication on another website);

(b) sell, rent or otherwise sub-license material on the website;

(c) reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose;

(d) edit or otherwise modify any material on the website except for content specifically and expressly made available for modification; or

(e) redistribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution (such as our newsletter).

(5) Limitations of liability

You acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill).

Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing exclusion, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings arising under terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether direct or indirect, and whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise. However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Keyteach and its regional education partners warrant that competent persons exercising skills appropriate to their function will perform the training. Where it is shown within one month of completion of the training, that we are breach of this warranty Keyteach and/or its regional education partners shall repay to the customer the price paid for training. This is the customer's sole remedy for breach of warranty and is in lieu of any warranty or condition express or implied, statutory or otherwise, as to merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.

Keyteach and its regional education partners shall not be responsible for failure to meet any training obligations undertaken due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

(6) Restricted access

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or subscription services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID or password.

We may disable your user ID and password at our sole discretion OR if you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of our website or any other contractual obligation you owe to us.

(7) On Demand and E-Learning subscriptions

On Demand and E-Learning subscriptions are sold for a specific period of time and are for named users only.  On Demand or E-Learning subscriptions are not transferable under any circumstances. On Demand training courses are self-paced, however, we provide personalised support that gives named users the opportunity to ask questions of our instructors. This is limited to a maximum of four hours of support during the duration of the subscription. 

(8) On Demand and E-Learning cancellation policy

For online courses you have the right to cancel within seven days and your payment will be returned. Please see the 'Refunds' section below.

If Keyteach is not able to provide access to the online learning content and / or hands-on environment due to technical difficulties, Keyteach will endeavour to resolve such problems within 24 hours (excluding UK public holidays). If the service is unavailable, once restored, learners will be provided with an extension to their subscription to ensure that any time lost due to the unavailability of the service, does not impact on the time available to complete the course. If any issues prevail beyond 48 hours, subscribers can request a cancellation of their subscription and receive a full refund by submitting a Cancellation Request online. 

(9) Scheduled class cancellation policy

Keyteach reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class due to low registrations.

Keyteach will provide notification of cancellation by phone and email at least five (5) business days in advance of the scheduled class. In the event of a cancellation, Keyteach and its regional education partners will NOT be responsible for any non-refundable charges or fees incurred as a result of changing or cancelling airline or hotel reservations.

To cancel a confirmed enrolment in a training class, please submit a Cancellation Request online or call . In the event Keyteach is notified of a cancellation less than ten (10) business days before a class, we will charge fifty percent of the tuition cost of training. if cancellation is less than five (5) business days or if no cancellation notice is given, we will charge one hundred percent of the cost of training.

(10) Refunds

(a) On Demand or E-Learning subscriptions - For online courses you have the right to cancel within seven days and your payment will be returned. Please contact keyteach on +1 855 563 6723 (USA) or +44 161 408 7722 (UK) or submit a Cancellation Request online. 

(b) Instructor-led events - For scheduled instructor-led events, Keyteach will provide refunds for cancellations that adhere to our cancellation policy in clause (8) above. Please contact keyteach on +1 855 563 6723 (USA) or +44 161 408 7722 (UK) or submit a Cancellation Request online. 

(11) Variation

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

(12) Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

(13) Law and jurisdiction

Any agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes between the parties arising out of or in connection with this Agreement and/or any further agreements resulting here from shall be exclusively brought before the appropriate Court of England.
