Keyteach processes and manages personal information of future, current and ex-employees, customers, suppliers, partners and business relations in a variety of information systems. This takes place with a variety of purposes: e.g. on the basis of legal and/or contractual obligations, with a view to a (future) employer/employee, customer, supplier, partner relationship. Keyteach processes personal data in accordance with the applicable national and international laws and regulations, contracts and relationships with customers, suppliers and the (privacy) policy of Keyteach. In the handling of and access to personal information, Keyteach gives a high priority to the protection of personal information. Keyteach treats personal information as confidential and with the greatest possible care.
Personal information is only stored if the processing of personal information for a legitimate purpose exists, which is explicitly defined. Keyteach strives to be as transparent as possible about the processing of personal information.
The staff of Keyteach respect international privacy laws as well as the Privacy Policy of Keyteach Limited. Our Privacy Officer creates awareness and ensures compliance with the aforesaid legislation and policy.

Our Site contains links to third-party websites that are not subject to this Privacy Policy. 2. Personal information we collect
When you register for certain products and services via forms on our Site you may provide us with your personal details, including without limitation your name, company name, role, email address, telephone number, mobile / cell number, postal address and IP address.
When you visit our Site we may collect information about your online browsing behaviour and any devices you have used to access our Site (including your IP address, browser type and mobile device identifiers).

Keyteach provide hosted self-paced learning packages and we log hosted learning activities for specific students in addition to scores for assessments and quiz questions.
When someone visits our Site, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
If you visit our offices, you may wish to use our guest Wi-Fi. You should be aware that it may be possible to identify:
- Your device.
- The volume of data which you use.
- The websites and applications which you access.
- Your usage by access time, frequency and location.
3. The specific collection and use your personal information
We collect personal information in order to provide services to our customers, partners and prospects and their associated employees.
We will use the personal information you provide to process your orders and information requests. We use personal information for a number of reasons: first and foremost, to ensure registrations for our courses and products are accurate and complete; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to make you aware of new products which may be of interest to you.
- Instructor-Led Training Courses
When registering for a training course, Keyteach collects personal information about all the attendees, the purchaser of the goods or services and any accounts payable contact information. Attendee information is limited to student name and email address. We request the following personal information from the purchaser and accounts payable contacts: name, company name, role, email address, telephone number, mobile / cell number, postal address. - Self-Paced Learning Products from Keyteach.com
This includes Administrator On Demand and User E-Learning subsciptions. Keyteach collects personal information about students and the purchaser of the products in addition to any accounts payable contact information. We request the following personal information from students, the purchaser and accounts payable contacts: name, company name, email address, telephone number, mobile / cell number, postal address and IP address. We also log hosted learning activities for specific students in addition to scores for assessments and quiz questions. - Hosted E-Learning and Registration Portals
Keyteach host E-Learning packages for our customers from our secure data centre. Keyteach collects personal information about all students, the purchaser of the service and any accounts payable contact information. Student information is limited to student name, email address, city/town and country of residence and IP address. We request the following personal information from the purchaser and accounts payable contacts: name, company name, role, email address, telephone number, mobile / cell number, postal address. We also log hosted learning activities for specific students in addition to scores for assessments and quiz questions. By registering / using these portals, users/students agree that their learning activities and scores for assessments and quiz questions will be logged and recorded in a secure manner by Keyteach for analysis purposes. This learning activity data, together with a user's name and business email will be shared with their employer (Keyteach customer, the contracted purchaser of the service). - Marketing events and conferences
Keyteach organise a variety of educational and marketing events throughout the year. Keyteach collects personal information about all attendees at these events. If a charge is made, we will also collect personal information from a purchaser and any accounts payable contact information that is required. We may request the following personal information from students / attendees as well as the purchaser and accounts payable contacts: name, company name, role, email address, telephone number, mobile / cell number, postal address.
4. Why do we process your personal information
We only collect and use your personal information (as described above) in accordance with data protection laws.
Our grounds for processing your personal information are as follows:
Consent – Where necessary, we will only collect and process your personal information if you have consented for us to do so. For example, when you register for our products and services, we will use your personal information to provide these services.
Legitimate Interests – We may use and process some of your personal information where we have sensible and legitimate business grounds for doing so. Under European privacy laws there is a concept of "legitimate interests" as a justification for processing your personal information. Our legitimate interests for processing your personal information are:
- To enable you to access and use the Site.
- To communicate with you about your use of our products and services. For example, sending you a confirmation email for registration on a course or event.

We will treat personal information in accordance with current legislation and will not supply your details to other organisations without your permission. The personal information that we collect when you use our Site is confidential.
With your express permission, Keyteach will share your personal information such as your name, company name, email address and telephone number with trusted partners for the purposes of organising joint events and for providing information and communication about the services requested by you. We will make this clear if collecting your personal information for joint events.
We will also disclose your personal information to other third party organisations in the following circumstances:

- If required to do so by any court or any other applicable regulatory, compliance, governmental or law enforcement agency
- If necessary in connection with legal proceedings or potential legal proceedings

7. Your information rights and responsibilities
You have the following rights:

Besides personal data, Keyteach uses “cookies.” A cookie is a small file which is stored on your hard drive by a server and is only recognised by the server which stores the cookie. The information derived from our use of cookies will be aggregated to provide statistical information about the usage of our Site. Keyteach uses a few types of different cookies to improve the user experience on the website, such as:

- Affiliate cookies to identify the customers referred to the Site by our partners, so that we can grant the referrers with commissions

Keyteach uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure information. We do our best to keep the information you disclose to us secure. However, we can't guarantee its security. By using our Site and registering for our products and services, you accept the inherent risks of providing information online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security. Keyteach will not be held liable for unlawful access to computers or files, spreading viruses or other illegal programs or files, or any other consequence of the provision of information to Keyteach.
10. How long do we keep your personal information?
Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your personal information on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or until you request it is deleted.
If, having registered for any of our services, you do not use them for a reasonable time (which may vary depending on the service(s) you've registered for) we may contact you to ensure you're still happy to receive communications from us. Even if we delete your personal information it may persist on back-up or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
