Professional training from Keyteach supports global implementation of OneStream at Nutreco

Keyteach have delivered a successful worldwide training implementation for Nutreco through a new three-way collaboration with AMCO and TVR21. Nutreco, a leading animal nutrition company, were replacing Hyperion Financial Management with the OneStream platform.

Working closely with the implementation partner AMCO, and technology advisors TVR21, Keyteach, the dedicated performance management training company, has developed and delivered training for more than 250 users across 37 countries in two phases. Phase one included the Actual and Forecast submission processes while phase two covered tax reporting.

For this global implementation, Keyteach deployed a blended learning methodology including remote instructor-led hands-on training complemented by self-paced E-Learning modules. Keyteach delivered assessments for each module to ensure effective learning and prove user understanding. All training was based on Nutreco’s OneStream application and their business processes.

In addition to designing and delivering this custom training, Nutreco trusted Keyteach to manage all logistical aspects, including enabling users to register online for sessions that met with their availability and time zone. A major bonus for Nutreco, saving them significant time and effort.
