Keyteach supports the Oracle EPM Cloud implementation of Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) at ITV

The project was guided by ITV’s production level focus on quality, embedding the same level of expectation and excellence in all elements of the organisation that is required to deliver the high-calibre productions that ITV create.

User training materials were designed around ITV’s business processes, controls and data structures to ensure that all users gained the required skills to perform their respective roles when using the ITV Financial Consolidation and Close cloud solution.

One of the differentiating factors in the project was the need to deliver training to Finance users in the large network of ITV Studios across the world and this was a perfect match for the Keyteach live online training solution. Our instructors worked through the night to deliver training virtually to users in Australia and the US as well as countries closer to home in Europe.

We enjoyed working with a company that has such a strong visual brand and it was fun to reflect this in the training materials that were developed.

The ITV approach on quality training, a focussed change management responsibility and a robust communications approach led to a smooth go live and the solution achieving a high level of adoption and user approval in the first few months of operation.

ITV is leading the FTSE 100 to be the first live on Oracle's next generation cloud consolidation system, revolutionising Group accounting and reporting processes.
