Using Oracle Smart View for Office, you can view, import, manipulate, distribute, and share data from various data sources using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Learn to set up the Smart View connection manager, member selection and using data forms for entering, calculating and processing data.
Analyse data using ad-hoc features such as pivot, drill-down, keep only and remove only. Find out more about using data forms and task lists from within Smart View and how to integrate queries with Microsoft Office products.Gain experience in writing functions to read data and retrieve dimension labels and descriptions.
Explore the ribbons and learn how to set user variables, run business rules, check the job console and examine approvals within Oracle's Planning Cloud.
