Our methodology
We undertake detailed scoping to define precise and measurable learning objectives, working with subject matter experts in your business to develop detailed hands-on exercises with accompanying slides to support instructor-led training, E-Learning and user assessments. We also develop robust case study activities to challenge user understanding of key concepts and to ensure that users meet their learning goals. In addition to traditional learning resources, we also design and produce quick reference cards and film and produce executive sponsorship videos.
Custom Classroom Training at Global Locations
Whilst we take pride in offering a variety of technology-based learning solutions, our instructors also regularly travel worldwide to deliver face-to-face classroom sessions held at customer sites and third-party venues. We’ll plan the entire training program and we’ll deal with all the logistics, including invitations and registrations for the attendees. We can even ensure that students have completed pre-requisite learning before attending classroom training, making sure that they get the most out of the face-to-face sessions.
We also have considerable experience with sourcing venues and we can identify computer training venues across the globe that meet your specifications and budget.
Face-to-face is the most effective training delivery methodology and we believe that customers benefit from training at least their super users in the traditional classroom with an onsite instructor. This training is ideal for those individuals that will become the 'go-to' expert users around your business, providing first line support for the broader user community. We can help you decide on the most optimal schedule of training sessions and provide guidance for the delivery of super user training at central hubs.
Remote Instructor-Led Training

Sometimes it's just not convenient to undertake traditional face-to-face training. Keyteach offers state-of-the-art ‘Live Online’ training that works in the same way as live classroom except it’s held online. Our instructors will lead the course whilst attendees participate from their office or home saving time and money. Our instructors deliver these remote, instructor-led sessions for any time zone, ensuring full global training coverage for multinational customers.
Attendees can see the instructor in our studio presenting slides, demonstrations and writing on the whiteboard. We're even using 'green screen' technology to engage students and deliver a rich collaborative learning environment. Our 'Live Online' training includes hands-on access to lab environments for each attendee to enable them to complete hands-on exercises and case study activities from anywhere in the world.

Design and Hosting of
Custom E-Learning
We create engaging self-paced E-Learning solutions for thousands of users every year. Our UK heaquarters are equipped with the technology and purpose-built studios to support the development of multimedia learning including green-screen video production. We provide everything you need to assist users in their ‘online’ self-paced learning journey both prior to instructor-led sessions and as an ongoning 'business as usual' post-implementation learning resource.
Our E-Learning solutions are fully customized to meet your exact needs. In our experience, approximately 10-20% of an EPM user base will change on an annual basis, and this means that custom designed E-Learning provides a compelling, renewable and reuseable resource for getting new users on board.
Our custom E-Learning is SCORM compliant with the ability to track student progress. Our E-Learning courses can be hosted by Keyteach or can be integrated with your own Learning Management System (LMS).
User Certification and
Assessment Exams
As it's really important to measure the effectiveness of our training programmes, we believe it's essential to provide customers with quantitative evidence that the learning objectives have been met.
We provide assessment exams to check student understanding:
- Incorporating complex random question selection, meaning that no two exams are the same!
- Automated certificates for students that achieve a passing score.
- Notification when users achieve a passing score.
Our assessments are very effective in reducing ongoing support when customers have used the assessment as a prerequisite to being provisioned on a live application.

Hosting customer applications for hands-on activities
Keyteach typically creates a training environment from an extract of customer application metadata that is populated with sanitised data. We host applications from our dedicated data centre and we support hundreds of concurrent users with access to live hands-on environments to undertake complex workshops and activities without any risk to the live environment and enabling us to provide real-life challenges to support effective learning.
