Graduate Finance Systems Software Trainer (English / Spanish)

Based; South Manchester, UK 

About The Job

We’re looking for a bilingual graduate to join our growing team of education professionals based in South Manchester to design and deliver bespoke training solutions for large multinational corporations.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Candidates should possess the ability to communicate effectively and engage in both languages, ensuring seamless interaction with our diverse clientele. Fluency is required in both written and spoken English (C2) and Spanish (C1+).

This entry-level role will participate in the full learning and development lifecycle for software implementations, including curriculum design, developing and delivery of training programmes for finance transformation projects.

Successful candidates will need exemplary organisational skills to manage and support the timely and successful completion of projects and will have an aptitude for complex IT systems.

Candidates will have a degree in Business, Banking, Accounting and Finance, Economics or equivalent degrees that encompass fields that may combine core financial principles with other business-related disciplines.

The candidate must provide proof that they have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Delivering technical training for customers and software implementation partners.
  • Managing bespoke training projects for customers.
  • The development and maintenance of our standard courses.
  • Updating existing courses to incorporate new software features.
  • The assessment of training requirements and workflow-based training needs analysis.

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree educated ideally in Business, Banking, Accounting and Finance, Economics or equivalent degrees that encompass fields that may combine core financial principles with other business-related disciplines.
  • Must be fluent in English (C2) and Spanish (C1+).
  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
