Keyteach designs global training curriculum to support OneStream user adoption at Arcadis

Keyteach is currently delivering global OneStream user training for Arcadis, a design, engineering and management consulting company who are replacing SAP BPC and CXO Cockpit with the OneStream platform.

Keyteach has already developed and delivered training for hundreds of users worldwide across three phases. Phase one included user acceptance testing (UAT) for key users. The second phase was for the statutory and management submission parallel run. In addition, we have also supported the Arcadis team with the delivery of a third phase specialist tax reporting training.

There’s more to come in the new year! The Keyteach team are currently developing specific training for super users and system champions that will provide first-line support within the global user community going forward. We are also developing a course for end users that will be trained just before the planned go live.

Keyteach adopted a blended learning approach for the custom user training at Arcadis. In addition to professional instructor-led hands-on training, self-paced e-learning modules are also being developed with assessments to ensure effective learning and prove user understanding.
